Causes

What is seborrheic dermatitis?

Seborrheic dermatitis is a frequent skin disorder that primarily affects the scalp. It causes scaly spots, flushed skin and persistent dandruff. Seborrheic dermatitis can also affect oily areas of the body, such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

Seborrheic dermatitis may disappear without treatment. You may also have to repeat the treatment several times until the symptoms disappear. However, they could reappear later. Daily cleaning with a mild soap and shampoo can reduce oiliness and the accumulation of dead skin.

Seborrheic dermatitis is also called “dandruff,” “seborrheic eczema” and “seborrheic psoriasis.” In babies, this disease is known as “milk crust” and causes dry, scaly patches on the scalp.

Symptom

Signs and symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis may include:

  • Skin flakes (dandruff) on the scalp, hair, eyebrows, beard or mustache.
  • Oily skin spots covered with white or yellow scales or scabs on the scalp, face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids, chest, armpits, groin area or under the breasts.
  • Redness of the skin.
  • Itch.

Signs and symptoms may be more severe if you are stressed, and tend to exacerbate in the cold and dry seasons.

Causes

Doctors still do not know the exact cause of seborrheic dermatitis. This may be related to:

  • A yeast (fungus) called “malassezia” found in sebaceous secretion in the skin.

Beware: Bring your shoulders to your ears. Remember that your shoulders should always be kept back and down, pulling chest slightly.

Triceps Dips

A simple but effective exercise for our triceps is the dips or funds, for which you will need a chair or a low table. We stand with our backs to the chair and rest our hands on the seat, so that the fingers of the hands look towards us. From there, we flex the elbows to lower with the back straight, and push the chair down to go back up.

Keep in mind that the farther you put your feet from the chair, the harder the exercise will be and vice versa.

Beware of: Bend your elbows sideways. When flexing them we must take them backwards.

Shoulder press

Stand with your knees slightly bent (you can also perform sitting on a chair) take a dumbbell or bottle in each hand and place them at the height of the ears. Watch out for: Arching your back excessively when you gain weight. If you do the exercise sitting in a chair, your back should not detach from the backrest.

Triceps Extension

We stand with legs slightly bent and take a dumbbell or bottle. We raise both arms to the ceiling, placing the dumbbell above our head, and from there, we flex our elbows so that it reaches the height of our neck. We stretch our elbows again to return to the starting position.

Be careful with: Move your arms. Throughout the exercise they should be attached to the ears, as if we were plaster.

La mejor forma de saber reaccionar ante cualquiera de las dos criticas es que sepas actuar ante ambas; si un amigo, familiar o alguien nos da una critica constructiva acerca de como realizamos las cosas, si llegamos tarde, nuestra eficacia para trabajar, alguna decisión que tomemos y a ellos no les parece, etc., si esa persona nos dice que estamos fallando o podemos mejorar, primero escuchemos a la persona pensemos desde su punto de vista luego veamoslo desde el nuestro y analicemos en que fallamos, y aceptemos nuestro error y seamos amables con la persona; pero si la critica es negativa, solo escuchemosla aunque nos hiera, mantengamonos calmados, asintamos, pensemos la razón de aquella critica y respondamosle positivamente, mechas de estas criticas son realizadas con el fin de herirnos, por ello en vez de reaccionar de la peor forma, es preferibles mostrarnos calmados y positivos ante la situación, si la intención del otro es para hacernos daño esto les enojara.

A veces podemos pensar que nuestros sueños son imposibles de lograr aunque para algunos sea mucho mas fácil de realizarlos, gracias a diferentes razones.

¿Pero piensas en rendirte con ellos? ¿O piensas hacerlos realidad?

La decisión está de tu parte.

Pero a pesar de todas las dificultades que existan en tu vida para cumplir tus meas, nada es imposible y ten por seguro que puedes cumplir tus sueños al igual que lo hicieron muchos otros que antes de volverse famosos o de llegar al punto que se encuentran ahora, no tenían mucho y tenían muchas dificultades en sus vidas al igual que tu y yo, aun así se esforzaron e hicieron que lo “imposible” se volviera POSIBLE.

Uno de los obstáculos que solemos enfrentar con frecuencia suele ser el económico; esto puede ser ya que no nacimos en una familia rica o con buenos recursos económicos, otro puede ser que nuestro circulo social esta integrado en personas comunes como tu o como yo (esto se puede dar a que no tenemos recursos para estar en los mismos lugares que los que están mejor económicamente o por nuestra propia elección), también puede ser porque tememos el dejar nuestra zona de confort ya que como estamos tan acostumbrados a ella que el solo pensar en hacer otra cosa o cambiar nuestra rutina nos desestabiliza, otra puede ser que no tenemos ninguna meta o eso creemos (esto puede ser porque no sabemos que es lo que nos gusta o que queremos hacer por de nuestra vida), puede ser por nuestra inseguridad hacia nosotros mismos o también la forma de pensar que desarrollemos (puede ser por familia, amigos, profesores, …), pero no olvides que el principal obstáculo que nos limita a hacer realidad nuestros sueños somos nosotros mismos.

¿Como podemos superar estos obstáculos que nos impiden hacer nuestros sueños realidad?

  • Forma de Pensar: Cambiar nuestra forma de pensar es una de las cosas mas importantes que tenemos que hacer para cumplir todo lo que queramos, la idea es ser positivos y en vez de buscarle problemas o obstáculos a todo, pensemos en una solución, es decir que por cada obstáculos que tengamos busquemos uno o dos soluciones, esto nos hará ver las cosas de una forma diferente y nos ayudara a solucionar nuestros problemas con facilidad.
  • Constancia: Pensar en un sueño y decir que lo vas a cumplir, no es la única cosa que tienes que hacer; ser constante es una de las cosas mas importantes, ya que a lo largo de nuestro trayecto para lograr cumplir nuestros sueños podemos sentirnos mal, deprimidos, sin ganas de seguir, etc, pero aun así lo mas importante es que aunque no tengamos ánimos de nada, tenemos que levantarnos hacer algo por nuestras metas, por ello a pesar de todo hay que ser constante.
  • Plan de vida: Saber que es lo que vamos a hacer para cumplir nuestras metas es realmente necesario, porque sabemos que necesitamos hacer para llegar allí; la mejor opción para nosotros para que tengamos una guía de lo que necesitamos hacer es tener un plan de acción, aquí tomamos metas grandes que son a largo plazo y las dividimos en metas pequeñas que pueden ser realizadas en corto plazo, esto nos ayuda a saber como comenzar y que hacer para ir trabajando para hacer realidad nuestras metas.
  • Dinero: Muchas veces, para poder hacer realidad nuestros sueños algunas veces necesitamos dinero para algunas cosas, como puede ser materiales (si dibujas esto puede ser muy necesaria), para hacer algún curso para aprender algo nuevo o mejorar tus habilidades, etc; una de las cosas que puedes hacer es buscar trabajos relacionados a lo que puedes hacer (puedes hacerlo en tu localidad, como Freelance o ofreciendo tus servicios de diferentes formas), mediante Crowfunding, mostrando lo que haces en tus redes sociales, etc, la forma que creas necesaria para obtener ingresos puede ser la indicada para ti.
  • Visualizar: Esto es una forma de trabajar por tus metas en conjunto con otras cosas; visualizarte llegando a tu meta nos ayuda a mover muchas energías que nos ayudaran a conseguir lo que queremos, pero esto nos es tan fácil para algunos, la idea es visualizarnos en nuestros proceso de trabajo para cumplir nuestras metas hasta conseguirlas, junto a eso tenemos que sentir que todo lo que vemos es real y que todo lo que vemos nos produzca sentimientos, felicidad, alegría, euforia, todo esto va unido a nuestro trabajo constante. Si no estas seguro de ello te cuento que muchos han usado este método ya, tanto para que sus equipos ganen (obviamente que todos los integrantes trabajen en ello) como deportistas olímpicos para conseguir esto, hay otros mas pero es solo un ejemplo.
  • Tomar Acción: Y lo mas importante de todo, toma acción; si no haces nada por lo que quieres jamas lo harás realidad, por ello es muy necesario trabajar por aquello que tanto queremos, podemos comenzar preparándonos en lo que necesitamos saber para ello, entre otras cosas, pero lo primordial es hacer algo y esto lo puedes unir a las 5 cosas anteriormente mencionadas.

Todo esto puede ayudarte a volver tus sueños realidad, la idea es definir aquello que tanto queremos y hacer algo por ello.

Algunas mujeres (incluyéndome a mi misma) o hombres, solemos prestarles mas atención a otras cosas y descuidamos nuestro cuerpo.

Aunque puede ser la cosa mas repetitiva y puede llegar a ser molesto; el ejercicio es necesario para todo el mundo, nos ayuda a mantener una buena condición física que nos favorece cuando hacemos algo que nos requiera tener algo de resistencia, también nos ayudad a darnos mas animo para el resto del día (cuando hago ejercicio por las mañanas suelo tener mas energía para el resto del día), tonificamos nuestros músculos, quemamos grasa, etc.

Por ello es muy recomendable que le dediquemos aunque sea un poco de tiempo a nuestra actividad física que nos ayudaran a favorecer nuestras actividades diarias.

Una de las cosas que podemos hacer es definir cuantas días a la semana podemos disponer un poco de tiempo para hacer un poco de ejercicio y una rutina de ejercicio, incluso podemos mejorar nuestra alimentación a una mas sana, esto nos fortalecerá aun mas y nos ayudara que con el ejercicio las mejorías serian mayores.

Por ello que mejor que empezar por las piernas, la mayoría de los hombres no sufren de celulitis ya que su piel mas gruesa y queman la grasa con mayor facilidad que las mujeres, a nosotras nos cuesta quemar la grasa y las piernas es uno de los lugares donde esta se acumula, creando la celulitis, ademas de que esto produce que se obstruyan las venas y haya mala circulación.

Aquí les dejo unos ejercicios que nos ayudarán a tonificar nuestras piernas y a eliminar la celulitis en estas.

  1. Sentadillas: El ejercicio número uno de todos los entrenamientos para las piernas y los glúteos son las sentadillas. Este movimiento ayuda a trabajar las piernas, fortalece los músculos de los glúteos y de paso tonifica. En este caso proponemos hacerlas con un par de mancuernas para aumentar su intensidad y lograr mejores resultados.
  2. Zancadas para unas piernas tonificadas: Es un movimiento que potencia los efectos del ejercicio anterior, pues sirve para aumentar la elasticidad y firmeza de los cuádriceps y los glúteos.Es un poco más exigente, por lo que tendrás que ser un poco paciente cuando apenas estés empezando a ponerlo en práctica.
  3. Elevación de talón: Como su propio nombre lo indica, este movimiento consiste en elevar el talón colocando los pies de puntillas. Se utilizan para fortalecer los gemelos y están incluidos dentro de muchas rutinas para tener unas piernas tonificadas y fuertes.
  4. Bicicleta: El clásico ejercicio en bicicleta es una de las formas más clásicas de lograr unas piernas duras y bonitas. Ya sea que se realice en casa, en el gimnasio o en la calle sus beneficios sobre los muslos y los glúteos son notorios en poco tiempo.

I know that this theme is not usual in my blog, but it’s something that I usualy had when I had to make a presentation or exposition in the high school.

The scenic fear it’s something that most of the people suffered when they have to speak in public; I know that this is horrible when we have so many fear to this, when I start the high school I used to stutter and had difficulties for remember that I had to say, when this happens it’s so bad for ours and ours qualifications.

But I want to give you some tips for you decrease all this fear or anxiety that all suffered.

  1. Prepare all that you have to say:  I know that this is something that many of us do not, but if we prepared all that we’ll say, we’ll be more relaxed and the anxiety will disappear almost completely.
  2. Do relaxation exercises:  This is something that it’s effective, just you need to do this kind of exercises before you speak and you will feel ready for do it.
  3. The smiles of the people will relax you:  When you go to speak in public you usually will be so anxious and if you don’t dominate this you can have difficulties for speak, fo this I recommend that you have to look the peoples that smile when you speak, so you’ll feel more secure and you follow to speak with security and all that you’ll say you will not forget it.
  4. Remember that you don’t need perfect:  I know that this is something that I have difficulties too; usually I am someone that be perfectionist and I finished to do something when I feel that I don’t have to do nothing more, but I know that this have something detils and this bother me sometimes. For this you need to do all that you can, but if you do it with time you don’t need to spend all the time in do it, I thing that you have others things to do; just do all that you can and others loved your loved and if don’t, just remember that nobody it’s perfect and your opinion it’s the most valuable.

Like the other trends, I love this, although this trend it’s my favorite. We can wear garments since the simple black skinny jeans until the most elegant pants that you have; you can wear jeans, pants and skirts that have the haigh waist, and if the prend mark more your waist it’s better, you can wear a belt or a corset just for mark your waist.
